NEWS RELEASE:
To the property owners of Morrow County. Mary Holtrey, Morrow County Auditor states the company, Tax Compliance Services of Cleveland, OH is sending out notices stating there are significant mistakes within county records. They promise 100% Guaranteed reduction in your property taxes if you let them fIle a complaint for you against the Auditor's values. They state "There are no contracts to sign or up front payments to make to utilize their property tax audit Service and you will only pay 50% of your savings/refunds after our team successfully reduces your tax bill".

The only problem with this, states Auditor Holtrey, is that you can fIle your own complaint with the Morrow County Board of Revision against your property at NO COST. Auditor Holtrey said that the complaint forms can be picked up at the Auditor's Office or she will mail one upon request. All complaint forms must be filed in the Auditor's Office on or before March 31, 2013. You will then be scheduled with an appointment to come before the Morrow County Board of Revision to state your complaint. The Morrow County Board of Revision consists of the Morrow County Auditor, the Morrow County Treasurer, the Chairman of the Morrow County Commissioners and the Appraiser for the County.
